Rescued! Duo Tina & Tara Return Once Again in DriveTime 2016 Commercials
We had to say goodbye to many things in 2016, including our past commercials. But don’t worry! Tina and Tara are still coming to the rescue!
Bert and Ernie. Siegfried and Roy. Peanut Butter and Jelly.
Throughout history, there has always been outstanding pairings that on top of stealing the show, also manage to steal our hearts.
After airing on television for the past two years, it’s clear that Americans hate flimflammers and hornswagglers just as much as we do at DriveTime.
We heard you loud and clear on Twitter and Facebook – our dealerships finally became accustomed to the barrage of requests for the duo to make another appearance in the DriveTime RESCUED! van.
While we can’t have the DriveTime ladies driving around the country on rescue missions, we can do one better, with new DriveTime commercials for 2016.

I LOVE the DriveTime Commercials! They R hilarious, esp the Buts Commercial. Love the 2 ladies and the customers’ reactions to them! When I'[m ready for another car, I will consider DriveTime. And keep the hit commercials coming!!

Drive time company has a good thing in Tina n Tara!!! You do not think you have to improve (remember New Coke?) drive time is about the ONLY commercial I watch. No one builds on a foundation anymore with a product or service. They are always trying to best up and improve, change and gag the public. All I can say is: keep the girls, your creative writers and Drivetime can become a stable name brand. “I got a banana peel on a cut that won’t heal”…..its old saying (in view of longevity of the commercial world) but I remember it!!!!!! You can make that van go to so many places!!!!!

hi folks i know i got approved for financing but one problem i have is that i am on SSA survivors benefits from the federal goverment and the site here says layaway program that i never heard of, and thats one thing i do have problems with walking and the heat and cold of our weather does not help me in anyway to get to doctors or grocery stores or anything at all. i live out in the country in a rural area and no one out here can take me anywhere and it was in charlotte NC but had no way to get there i do have a driver license but no transportation thats the problem, so how do i get something if i want to put payments on layaway on a vehicle and what i can do its very very hard on me i have had state farm insurance on my old car but car was stolen so insurance was closed out to prevent the theifs from using it whats the plan i can do to get car or suv i live in north wilkesboro north carolina am stuck here

These two cute ladies, Tina and Tara are a joy to watch! Do they get along in real life like they do in the commercials? Or at least get along well on set? Their chemistry is just so awesome—I’d like to think they actually get along. By the way, “Turned Down For What” is my favorite!
