While DriveTime continues to grow year over year, so do our needs for great Sales Advisors who can help provide transportation solutions to our customers who have less than perfect credit at any one of our 130 dealerships nationwide.

Due to this high demand, we are now hiring for sales advisors all across the nation (well, the 25 states we operate in)! This position offers a first year base pay of $31,500 (in most markets) and a realistic earning potential of $50,000 in your first year, plus full benefits.

No prior experience in sales? Not a problem! Most of our Sales Advisors come from customer service or retail backgrounds, very few have prior car sales experience, and that’s the way we prefer it. Our goal is to help customers find a car that they are comfortable with financially and that starts at our frontline with our Sales Advisors. Our no-haggle pricing policy creates a low pressure, relaxed sales environment with a focus on customer and employee happiness – not quotas.
