Time to “Look Under the Hood” of DriveTime
Its official, DriveTime is starting a blog! Now, I know what you all are thinking, “A corporate blog? Boring!” But hit the brakes before you jump to conclusions, you have it all wrong.
We are giving you the green light to “Look Under the Hood” and hear the ins and outs of the car industry. We are excited to share more about our company as well as hear your feedback. “Look Under the Hood” is different from your usual blog because our authors are our very own employees. You will have the chance to read different points of view and writing styles each week from our corporate and dealership employees.
Our blog will keep you up to speed on subjects ranging from our new store openings to insights from our employees. Our goal with “Look Under the Hood” is to give our readers the opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes at DriveTime and have the opportunity to interact with us.
We want to gain a relationship between you and our family here at DriveTime. We encourage our family to grow and learn everyday and in order to do so we must listen to your feedback. Just like we encourage our employees to speak up with new ideas and constructive criticism we ask that of you as well.
If you wish to participate in feedback you must follow DriveTime’s “Rules of the Road”. These are our guidelines for posting. We ask these of you in order to maintain a positive experience for everyone.
Here’s the fine print, the “Rules of the Road”:
Material posted on our blog must not be obscene or otherwise offensive, objectionable, vulgar, abusive, threatening, harassing, sexist or racist. It must not be promotional, off-topic, repetitive, spam, or a solicitation of other goods or services. And lastly, it must not violate any applicable laws or any other regulation, guideline or community standards.
We want to ensure the quality of our blog so please do not post links to third party websites or repeat the same post. We will respond to your original post or comment in order to correctly address the comment and all duplicate posts will be removed.
The material on the blog that originates from users of the page constitutes an expression of the personal opinions of those users. DriveTime is not responsible and shall not be liable for the content of such materials.
Those who do not comply with these guidelines may be banned from blog participation if necessary.
At any time DriveTime has the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, to change these guidelines.
Lastly, “Look Under the Hood” is not the place to address personal Customer Service issues. We all enjoy writing our posts, however, we all have other projects we are working on in order to keep DriveTime in tip top shape and we unfortunately do not have the resources to resolve individual concerns on our blog. Nevertheless, DriveTime is eager to address your concerns through our Customer Services. Please contact them directly at 800-967-8526 or via email at customerservice@drivetime.com.
Now that’s enough of the “fine print.” For those of you who have gotten held back in traffic and know a little about DriveTime, here is a little bit of background information. DriveTime is the nation’s largest auto dealer helping people with credit issues purchase a great, used vehicle. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, we operate over 100 dealerships across the country, with thousands of vehicles always in stock.
In an effort to redefine the used car buying experience most of our vehicles have OneTrue Price. That means the price you see is the price you pay, including DriveCare, a worry free ownership package with 36 month/36,000 mile vehicle coverage. Complete with an AutoCheck Vehicle History Report and the assurance that your vehicle has gone through our rigorous multi-point inspection.
This is where the road ends for the first “Look Under the Hood” but be on the look out for new postings each week!
