DriveTime is looking for more helpful and hardworking minds to fill out a unique industry-facing role at our operations center in Mesa, Arizona.
We are looking for mechanically-savvy individuals who have a passion for understanding not only how cars operate, but are able to convey their knowledge through daily conversation with auto center service members.
Daily tasks include speaking with mechanics and claims adjustors to identify the most efficient process to tend to a customer’s mechanical needs on their vehicle and knowing what questions to ask to get the right information pertaining to parts and processing.

This role isn’t just for former mechanics who have spent time in a garage, but for automotive hobbyists who are as comfortable underneath a car as they are in an office environment.
Unlike regular garage mechanic jobs this role includes a regular daytime schedule and weekends off, and built-in room for advancement.
